Services are performed by independently owned and operated franchise locations. Each Green Restoration franchise location is a separate and independent business entity that is independently owned, operated, managed, and solely responsible for its own operations, employees, subcontractors, vendors, services, contracts, warranties, and all obligations to customers. Green Restoration Franchise LLC does not perform restoration, cleaning, remediation, reconstruction, or any other field services directly and is not a party to any service agreement, contract, warranty, or transaction between a franchise location and its customers.

Any reference to “Green Restoration,” “Green Restoration,” “we,” “us,” or “our” on this Website or in marketing materials refers to the Green Restoration brand and franchise system generally and does not imply that Green Restoration Franchise LLC is the direct service provider for any particular job, project, or engagement. Your contractual relationship for services is solely with the independently owned franchise location serving your area.

1.1 Limitation of Franchisor Liability

Green Restoration Franchise LLC expressly disclaims all liability, responsibility, and obligation for any and all damages, losses, injuries, claims, costs, expenses (including attorneys’ fees), or demands of any kind arising from or related to:

• Services performed or failed to be performed by any independently owned and operated franchise location, whether such services are performed at or below industry standards.
• The acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, or breach of contract by any franchise location, its owners, officers, employees, agents, or staff.
• The acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, or breach of contract by any subcontractor, vendor, partner company, or any other third party retained, hired, or engaged by a franchise location to perform services on its behalf (collectively, "Third-Party Service Providers").
• Property damage, personal injury, wrongful death, or any other harm arising from or related to restoration, cleaning, remediation, reconstruction, or any other services performed under the Green Restoration brand by any franchise location or its Third-Party Service Providers.
• Delays, cost overruns, scheduling failures, communication failures, or disputes between a franchise location and its customers.
• Poor workmanship, defective materials, incomplete work, warranty claims, or any other quality-related complaints regarding services performed by any franchise location or its Third-Party Service Providers.
• Any representations, warranties, guarantees, or promises made by any franchise location, its employees, agents, or Third-Party Service Providers that are not expressly authorized in writing by Green Restoration Franchise LLC.
• Violations of any local, state, or federal laws, regulations, building codes, licensing requirements, or industry standards by any franchise location or its Third-Party Service Providers.

This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, regardless of the legal theory upon which any claim is based, including but not limited to breach of contract, negligence, strict liability, warranty, or any other theory.

1.2 Third-Party Vendors and Partner Companies

In certain service areas, Green Restoration franchise locations may engage, partner with, or subcontract work to verified third-party restoration companies, contractors, subcontractors, or service providers (“Third-Party Service Providers”) to perform services on the franchise location’s behalf. These Third-Party Service Providers are not owned, operated, controlled, or employed by Green Restoration Franchise LLC.

Green Restoration Franchise LLC does not select, approve, supervise, direct, manage, or control any Third-Party Service Provider engaged by a franchise location. Green Restoration Franchise LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding the qualifications, licensing, insurance, workmanship, reliability, or conduct of any Third-Party Service Provider. All claims, complaints, disputes, or demands arising from services performed by a Third-Party Service Provider must be directed to the franchise location that engaged such provider. Green Restoration Franchise LLC shall have no liability whatsoever for the acts, omissions, work product, or conduct of any Third-Party Service Provider.

1.3 Customer’s Acknowledgment

By requesting or receiving services from any Green Restoration franchise location, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your contract for services is exclusively with the independently owned franchise location, not with Green Restoration Franchise LLC.
• Green Restoration Franchise LLC is not responsible for and shall not be held liable for any aspect of the services performed, including quality, timeliness, cost, safety, or compliance with applicable laws.
• Any warranties, guarantees, or representations regarding services are made solely by the franchise location providing the services and not by Green Restoration Franchise LLC.
• You will direct all claims, complaints, and disputes regarding services to the franchise location that performed the work.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age. The Company does not permit individuals under 18 to use the Website or request services.

Green Restoration franchise locations may offer free estimates subject to the following conditions:

• Available during business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Subject to availability and scheduling.
• Available within 25 miles of the nearest Green Restoration franchise location.
• Not available for real estate transactions.
• Not available for same-day service requests.
• Not available after hours, on weekends, or on holidays unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Free estimates are provided by the franchise location serving your area, not by Green Restoration Franchise LLC. The availability, scope, and terms of free estimates may vary by location.

All written quotes provided by Green Restoration franchise locations are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated in writing by the franchise location. After 30 days, quotes may be subject to revision based on changes in scope, material costs, labor availability, site conditions, or other factors.

A quote is not a binding contract until a service agreement is executed between you and the applicable franchise location. All pricing, payment terms, and financing arrangements are between you and the franchise location and are not guaranteed by Green Restoration Franchise LLC.

Green Restoration franchise locations currently operate in Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts. Service availability varies by location and is subject to change without notice. Not all services are available in all areas.

5.1 Colorado Disclosure

Green Restoration does not offer air duct cleaning or dryer vent cleaning services in the state of Colorado. Green Restoration does not solicit, offer, or sell franchises in the state of Colorado. This disclosure is made in compliance with applicable Colorado regulations.

Green Restoration franchise locations may assist customers with documenting damage for insurance purposes. However, neither Green Restoration Franchise LLC nor any franchise location provides insurance adjusting services, acts as a public adjuster, or guarantees any insurance claim outcome. Any assistance provided with insurance documentation is for informational purposes only and does not create an adjuster-client relationship. You are solely responsible for communicating with your insurance carrier and for the outcome of any insurance claim.
